B-1c Learning About Food (CDA 1) Learn how to incorporate nutrition into your curriculum with hands-on activities. Learn to provide a sanitary and safe food service avoiding food-borne illnesses. Identify ways to help children form healthy attitudes about food. This session meets the requirements for 1hr SERV Safe and 2 hr. additional health.
