Special for Owners, Directors, and Assistant Directors (or who want to be) A handbook serves as a vital tool in establishing clear expectations, policies, and procedures for both families and staff members. Learn steps in creating a thoughtfully designed handbook that outlines your philosophy, policies, and operating details in this lunchtime session. Feel free to bring a sack lunch or snacks.
