Recognize where and when to identify skills mastery and the many ways to capture documentation electronically and by using shorthand and taking anecdotal notes. This will be a hands-on session, and each attendee will need their TS GOLD log-in information.

B-1c Learning About Food (CDA 1) Learn how to incorporate nutrition into your curriculum with hands-on activities. Learn to provide a sanitary and safe food service avoiding food-borne illnesses. Identify ways to help children form healthy attitudes about food. This session meets the requirements for 1hr SERV Safe and 2 hr. additional health.

E-3h Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES) (CDA 3) This module will cover evidence-based strategies that can prevent ACEs by supporting individuals, families, and communities. Early Childhood Educators will also have opportunities to engage with strategies that build resilience in the classroom.

E-8h Understanding Temperament (CDA 8) Principles of child development and learning steps to advance children's physical and intellectual development. .
