Workshop Registration Form             

Please call NSU Child and Family Network to schedule training in your area. If training is not scheduled at a time or place convenient for you, consider an online workshop. Click on the online workshops link in the box on the right hand side of the website.

Training will be held at Northwestern State University Family and Consumer Sciences Building, unless otherwise noted.

Pre-registration is required for all training sessions. Workshops are free for programs with a TIPS number. For others they are $10 unless otherwise noted. No payments will be accepted on-line and monies cannot be accepted at the time of the training workshop.

Please arrive 30-minutes prior to the start of the session to allow time for sign-in.                    

Please remember - No food or drinks will be allowed in the training sessions.
